Sexual Wellness Centre

Plain-language summary

Information, guidance, and resources to support safe, consensual, healthy sexual expression and mental wellbeing.

1. Sexual Wellness & Health

At xbunny, we believe that sexual wellness is an essential component of overall physical, emotional, and mental health. A healthy relationship with sex involves understanding consent, practicing safe sex, communicating boundaries openly, and seeking professional support whenever needed.

This Sexual Wellness Centre is designed to provide clear, stigma-free resources and connect users with trusted global health organizations.

2. Safe sex practices

Practicing safe sex protects you and your partners from sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and unplanned pregnancies:

  • Barrier methods: Regular, correct use of male or female condoms significantly reduces transmission of HIV and other STIs.
  • Regular screening: Routine sexual health checkups and STI testing are recommended at least annually or with each new partner.
  • Vaccination: Vaccines are widely available for HPV (Human Papillomavirus) and Hepatitis B.
  • PrEP / PEP: Pre-Exposure and Post-Exposure Prophylaxis provide highly effective medical prevention against HIV infection.

4. Mental health & wellbeing

Healthy sexuality is closely connected with body positivity, self-esteem, and emotional balance. If you experience feelings of shame, anxiety, or compulsive habits around adult content consumption, speaking with a licensed therapist or sexual health counselor can provide valuable support.
