Terms of Service
Plain-language summary
These Terms set out the rules for using xbunny: what you can do, what you cannot do, how your content is licensed, and what happens if you break the rules. By using xbunny you agree to these Terms.
1. Welcome to xbunny
xbunny ("we," "us," or "our") operates a short- and long-form video platform available at xbunny.pics. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of xbunny, including all features, tools, and services made available through the platform.
By creating an account or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, which are incorporated by reference.
2. Eligibility and accounts
2.1 Age requirements
You must be at least 13 years old to use xbunny. Users between 13 and 17 are placed in a Teen experience with additional privacy defaults. If you are under 13, you may not create an account.
2.2 Account security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Your content and license
You retain ownership of the content you upload ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant xbunny a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, and publicly display your content solely for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the service.
You represent that you own or have all necessary rights to the content you upload, and that your content does not infringe the rights of any third party.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to comply with our Community Guidelines, which detail prohibited and restricted content. Without limitation, you may not use xbunny to post content that is illegal, infringing, or that endangers minors.
You may not attempt to interfere with the security or proper functioning of the service, scrape or harvest data at scale without permission, or impersonate others.
5. Intellectual property
The xbunny name, logo, and all software and design elements are owned by xbunny or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks except as permitted by law.
6. Termination
You may stop using xbunny and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines, or if we determine, in our reasonable judgment, that termination is necessary to protect our users or the platform.
7. Disclaimers and liability
xbunny is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, xbunny disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which xbunny operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
